Can I change my address after ordering?+

Yes, if your order hasn't been dispatched yet. Contact us quickly by email with your new address.

Do you deliver to pickup points?+

Currently, we only deliver to home addresses via Colissimo. Pickup point delivery will be available soon!

My package shows delivered but I haven't received it+

First check with your neighbors or building manager. If you can't find it, contact us with your tracking number and we'll open an investigation with Colissimo.

Are return shipping costs refunded?+

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except for defective products where we cover the cost of reshipping the new product.
