We ship within 48 hours on business days. Delivery then takes 2-3 days in mainland France with Colissimo. You'll receive an email with tracking number as soon as your package ships.
Shipping is free for any order over €35. Below that, shipping costs €4.90 in mainland France.
Yes! We ship to Belgium and Switzerland. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address. Generally expect between €8 and €12 depending on the country.
Our kits are designed for children from 4-5 years old. The age is indicated on each product page. For younger children, we recommend adult supervision.
Absolutely! All our paints are CE certified and comply with European EN71 toy standards. They are water-based, solvent-free, and wash off easily. Your children's safety is our top priority.
Allow between 30 minutes and 1 hour depending on the child's age and desired level of detail. It's the perfect time for a calm screen-free activity!
Yes! The acrylic paints mix very well. It's actually a great way to teach children about colors and stimulate their creativity.
Our paints are water-based and wash off easily when still wet. However, we recommend protecting clothes with an apron and washing quickly in case of spills. Once dry, stains can be harder to remove.
You have 14 days to return an unopened product in its original packaging. Contact us by email at contact@brushandsmile.fr and we'll guide you through the return process.
